ReplyDeleteI am still blogging, but am currently drowning in finals, packing for summer break, and other stuff like that so I really didn't have time to update recently, but don't worry, I'll be back as soon as finals are over!! :)
ReplyDeleteid really like to find out about your diet because where you started is where a=i am currently and i feel awful about myself and i want to be around for my children...ive even considered taking alli which is in my closet waiting but im hesitant to take it. you are rocking it though girl i want to be a fish again too!
ReplyDeletealli, like all other diet pills, are a waste of money and can potentially be dangerous to your health. please dont take them!
ReplyDeletetry to start by being more active throughout the day, i.e. take the stairs, go on a walk with the kids, etc.
also try to be more conscious of what you eat. small portions are key!
