Happy Tuesday! Today I am announcing a new feature of my blog!:
I will be writing up a new blog segment, which I will post on tuesdays once or twice a month. I'm calling it "Techie Tuesday" and it will examine a specific program, website, mobile phone app, or other technological device that can help with your weight loss journey. I will cover things such as Nike plus, pedometers, heart monitors, online fitness planners, calorie counting mobile phone apps, etc.
In our everyday lives, technology plays a big part. Computers, smartphones, tablets, iPods, email, the internet, the list goes on and on!
So today's tip focuses on making your technology work for you...
