Thanks! It is hard for me to try to spread my blog through facebook, just because I am unwilling to pay for an advertisement. However, i have posted the link on several other pages to try to spread the word. I mostly go through Yahoo! Answers even though they no longer allow me to post my whole URL. Instead I have to post something along the lines of "please google 'just another whale' to find the facebook page that leads to my blog about healthy living and weight loss" which this obviously probably decreases the amount of people that would go to my blog since it is kinda a long run-about way of trying to get people to check it out.
It's my theory that facebook is miracle worker when it comes to redirecting traffic to your web page. And I found you site over the facebook.
