Day #16: Just another day for Just Another Whale

Overall it was a good day,  I was super busy in the morning and at lunchtime, so I did the best I could. Also, could ANYONE answer why MyFitnessPal said yesterday (?) that I burned 350 calories walking and today it says 349, when I did the same activity, same length of time? Is it accounting for my body getting used to it? LOL

Breakfast: 250
Silk - Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 cup - 30
General Mills - Cheerios, 1 cup (28g) - 100
Bran Flakes Cereal, 1 cup - 120

Lunch: 180
Apple & Eve - Fruitables Juice- Fruit Punch Flavor, 6.75 fl oz.
Crystal Farms - Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs, 2 egg

Dinner: 641
Chi-Chi's - Flour Tortilla Burrito Size, 1 tortilla - 170
Francesco Rinaldi - Marinara Traditional Pasta Sauce 1/4 cup - 40
Sam's Club-Bakers and Chefs - Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 5 lb (2740g), 0.666 cup (28g) - 220
Black Olives - Black Olives (Medium), 5 olives - 25
Baked Potato - No Skin Plain, 200 g - 186

Snacks/Drinks: 340
Tea - 0
Water - 0
1 mozzarella cheese stick - 80
1 mini-babybel cheese - 70
1 serving of pretzels, (Utz Sourdough Specials large pretzels) - 110
Jello - Blue Raspberry, 1/2 cup - 80

Exercise: 
Walking approx. 3.0 mph for 60 minutes - 349

TOTAL: 1411 - 349 = 1062

Love this one!! You are what you eat! Fruits and veggies fight cancer and disease, but fries and burgers feed disease!
