Day #21: develop your self esteem like your life depends on it. because it does.

Feeling great, and Bret and I are really driving each other with this gym thing. I really like working out. Its fun, and afterwards I feel AMAZING!


Breakfast: 600

Chobani - Greek Yogurt Blueberry Non - Fat , 6 oz. (170g) - 140
Minute Maid - Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice 15.2 oz, 15.2 oz (450ml) - 240
Kashi - Go Lean Crunch! , 1 Cup (56g/1.9 oz.) - 190
Silk - Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 cup - 30

Lunch: 270
Knorr Pasta & Sauce - Macaroni Cheese & Bacon, 1 cup - 270

Dinner: 453
Golumpki With White Rice & Ground Beef, 2 piece - 400*
Francesco Rinaldi - Marinara Traditional Pasta Sauce 0.3 cup - 53
*My mom makes these with quinoa instead of white rice and ground turkey instead of beef, so the actual calorie count for mine is most likely a lot lower than the ones listed on myfitnesspal, but oh well, better to overestimate than underestimate. :)

TOTAL: 1777 - 939 = 838 calories :)
