Day #22: back after a 3 day break

So I had the unfortunate experience with having to deal with the death of another beloved aunt this week. It was the second death in less than two weeks... :(  So this is my first day back after a break...I binged but then Bret kicked my ass in the gym. Overall, I didn't come out too bad...lesson learned. :( I mean, wtf was I thinking? I don't even LIKE apple pie!!

I don't really feel like typing much so heres my diary...

Breakfast: 690
